Agency Agreement

Between 9520-8864 Quebec Inc. and [Client Company Name]

This Agreement is made as of [date], by and between 9520-8864 Quebec Inc. (“Agency”) and [Client Company Name] (“Client”). The Agency will comply with applicable laws and maintain the highest ethical standards in its relations with employees and the Client.

Term. This Agreement begins [date] and remains in effect until [date], unless earlier terminated by either party.

The Agency Undertakes To

• Provide the number of workers requested by authorized Client personnel.
• Ensure workers are legally allowed to work in Canada and audit supporting evidence.
• Remit required source deductions, assessments and GST/QST, and provide compliance documentation.
• Keep confidential all information concerning the Client’s operations.

General Terms

• The Agency is the sole employer of assigned workers and assumes responsibility for employment-related claims.
• Hourly pay and billing rates are set out in Appendix 1.
• If the Client directly hires a worker introduced by the Agency, it shall pay a placement fee equal to 15% of the worker’s first-year salary. This obligation survives for 12 months after the assignment ends.

Timesheets, Hours & Invoicing

• The Client sends weekly timesheets each Monday for the prior week.
• The Agency invoices each Monday, payable in full by Friday of that same week.
• The thirty-minute meal break is unpaid and treated accordingly for payroll and billing.
